The School of Public Health (SPH) supports two types of postdoctoral appointments: Postdoctoral Research Associates and Postdoctoral Fellows. Both are intended to enhance and support the academic and research development of the appointee while they engage in high-quality, interdisciplinary research. As explained in more detail here, Postdoctoral Research Associates are employees of the University who are eligible for a set of benefits and Postdoctoral Fellows bring their own funding to the University or are funded through NIH training grants.
Research Centers
Postdoctoral fellowships are based in three research centers within SPH:
- Center for Gerontology and Healthcare Research
- Center for Children's Environmental Health
- Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies
