Brown University does not tolerate unlawful bias, discrimination, or harassment. These prohibitions are outlined in the University’s Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy. Employees may report concerns about discriminatory or harassing behavior without fear of retaliation. The University will promptly review all reports and take appropriate steps to investigate and address conduct found to violate its policies.
