In addition to investigator-funded postdoctoral appointments and individual postdoctoral fellowships, the National Institutes of Health supports institutional training grant programs at Brown University. These programs prepare postdoctoral scholars for careers in high-priority areas of health research and offer a limited number of fellowship slots.
